FitAppliance collects the minimum information needed to run an appliance-fit utility. The core fit checker can operate without an account. If you choose to save appliances, the saved spatial dimensions are used to power replacement searches and are not sold to third parties.
Information you provide
- Email address, when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us.
- Saved spatial dimensions, including appliance width, height, depth, category, brand and model.
- Optional saved-search and purchase-intent records used to help you return to a comparison later.
How we use it
We use this information to operate saved appliances, one-click replacement searches, support requests, abuse prevention and account security. We do not use saved household measurements to build advertising profiles.
Analytics and affiliate attribution
FitAppliance may collect aggregate page-performance and usage diagnostics. Retailer links may pass through affiliate networks so a purchase can be attributed. Those networks do not give FitAppliance your card details or retailer account password.
Email and contact
Operational email can be sent to hello@fitappliance.com.au. Marketing email requires opt-in consent and must include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Your controls
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting or legal compliance.
